Super Seeded Crackers
These hearty, nourishing seeded crackers combine whole seeds with milled seeds + botanical power of SUCSEED – the best of both worlds

Ingredients
- 400g jumbo oats
- 100g almond flour
- 50g SUCSEED Gut Health
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g chia seeds
- 50g roughly ground almonds
- 50g roughly ground walnuts
- 50g raisins (for savoury use chopped black olives and cheddar cheese)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Wet bowl: 400g cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
Method
Prepare the dry mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, SUCSEED Gut Health, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground almonds, ground walnuts and raisins/olives.
Add the salt, bicarbonate of soda and apple cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Prepare the wet mixture
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Combine
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet bowl, stirring as you go. Continue until everything is evenly incorporated and a thick, spoonable dough forms.
Shape the crackers
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the tray, spacing them out slightly.
- For savoury versions, sprinkle grated cheddar on top here.
Bake
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and set.
Cool & serve
- Allow to cool fully to crisp up. Store in an airtight container.
Try savoury seeded crackers
Replace the raisings with chopped black olives, and sprinkle grated cheddar on top for a delicious savoury version.
