I absolutely love this product. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it tastes incredibly fresh. It blends really well into yogurt, porridge, or even crepe and pancake batter, which I make for the kids and it makes the pancakes so much more nutritious.
It keeps me full for quite a long time, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my digestion since adding it to my routine.

I am adding the seeds to yoghurt, cereals and soups and I alternate with gut health, and they fineness of the seeds elevate the tasting experience, but doesn’t overwhelm. Very easy to add, and instantly make me feel better!

Unusually I haven’t had a winter bug this year.. a coincidence? or Sucseed Immunity boosted my defences. I think so.

This one is my favourite – must be the fennel. I’ve just ordered 3 more packs as they’re so good.
