We are certified organic by OF&G. The majority of our ingredients are organic but we also work with UK farmers who follow regenerative practices, which support the health of the soil, crops and environment in different ways. We list all the organic ingredients on the back of each product for complete transparency.

Yes, all our products are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients 

Our products are naturally gluten free, however they are not certified gluten free.

Regenerative farming restores soil, boosts biodiversity, captures carbon, and nurtures ecosystems by working with nature—producing healthier food while healing land for future generations. The UK farmers we work with grow their seeds in accordance with the principles of regenerative farming, working within the requirements of the individual crops. Cold milling preserves nutrients by avoiding heat, which can degrade sensitive oils in seeds like flax. Benefits include retaining omega-3s, preventing oxidation, enhancing digestibility, improving bioavailability and maintaining freshness without needing preservatives or artificial processing. 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK.  Any shipments outside of the UK are not available at this time.
