Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 1 small green apple (cored)
- 1 stick celery
- ½ ripe avocado
- Handful of fresh spinach (about 30g)
- Small handful of parsley (about 10g)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp SUCSEED Gut Health blend
- 200ml kefir (plain or coconut)
- 50ml cold water (or more for desired consistency)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Method
Blend
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust lime or water to your liking.
