Super Green Smoothie with Seeds

Perfect for a weekend pick-me-up or a brilliant breakfast alternative, this super green smoothie is quick and easy to make. It is full of nutrition and sets you off on the right foot for the day!

Super green smoothie with seeds recipe

(Serves 2) 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium banana (peeled) 
  • 1 small apple (cored and chopped)
  • 100g spinach or kale 
  • 250ml almond milk (or any preferred milk) 
  • 2 tbsp SUCSEED blend of your choice 
  • ½ tsp grated ginger 
  • ½ lemon (juice only) 
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 
  • 5-6 ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie) 

Method: 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. 
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth. 
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water to reach the desired consistency. 
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
