Cinnamon Spiced Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 150ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp SUCSEED
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- Small pinch of salt
- Optional: pinch of chilli flakes
- 1–2 fresh figs, halved (or blackberries or stewed apple)
Method
Prepare the oats
- Add the oats, milk, SUCSEED, cinnamon, cardamom, salt and chilli flakes (if using) to a jar or bowl.
- Stir well to combine.
- Top with the figs or chosen fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning
- Give it a stir and enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl
